Group Fitness Classes

We have group fitness also ~ an excellent way to get in shape with cool people. Just walk in and join the class.



- Zumba Card 1: $20 month = 1 Zumba class per week
- Zumba Card 2 : $35 month = 2 Zumba classes per week
- Zumba Card 3 : $40 month = 3 Zumba classes per week
- Walk-in Zumba = $10 per class
- Non-Zumba classes = $25 per month
- Add on $5.00 to the Zumba payments and you can take other classes as well.

Cycle Spin Class:
~ Stationary Cycle workout in an Instructor led group session
~ ~ The primary benefits of this class are Cardiovascular Conditioning (healthy Heart) + Body Toning

~ Basic Training Fitness: ~ Burn 500-800 calories in this 1 hour Total Body Fitness workout. Charlotte works up a new series of exercises every week to keep the workouts fresh and challenging. No experience necessary to get into this very effective and motivating class.
~ ~ This class is designed to improve total body fitness strength & balance.

~ ZUMBA® - This is a Latin Dance Fitness class. This is an "interval training" type of class where the tempo changes throughout the class.
~ ~ The primary benefits of this class are Cardio, Body Toning, Core Strength & Endurance
